I don't have your hardware, but I guess 64:0 is the external MIDI port which would require some hardware synthesizer. 65:0 may be the FM synthesizer which requires that you load instrument data first (use sbiload from the alsa-tools package). What is 128:0? If it's Timidity in server mode, it should work just fine.
