and this is my problem: 1. on a amixer sset Master mute I get invalid playback mode mute and also in alsamixer I can't toogle Master mute 2. the second problem is the missing exchnage dac control 3. and the third is that the PCM mixer isn't controling my mp3/ogg playback sound levels IIRC the last time I had all of this in perfect working ordr was in the 2.6.0 kernel and no later kernels at all.. - -- For all the knowledge...
