Jaroslav,

I tried out the new 1.0.2a driver, and once again i am faced with this
message during configure:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/src/alsa/alsa-driver-1.0.2a# ./configure
--with-cards=au8820 --with-sequencer=yes

[...]
checking for directory with kernel source...
/lib/modules/2.6.2-rc2-mm1/build
checking for kernel version... The file
/lib/modules/2.6.2-rc2-mm1/build/include/linux/version.h does not exist.
Please, install the package with full kernel sources for your distribution
or use --with-kernel=dir option to specify another directory with kernel
sources (default is /usr/src/linux).
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/src/alsa/alsa-driver-1.0.2a#

ive also tried specifying '--with-kernel=/usr/src/linux' and still get the
same result, and i do have the 'linux' dir linked to the current source
kernel source dir. Due to this, i am not able to make or install the
new driver. I appreciate any help you may offer on this problem! Thanks
to all.

take care,
Jeremy
