Hi! Perhaps you have the alsasound-Script. At my place it is located in /etc/rc.d. You can use something like: alsasound stop - alsasound start - alsasound restart. If you don't have it I can mail you mine. I hope it will work though. But it is designed to on all newer systems I think. Kindest regards Jlien
