Now I want stereo not only to be on the front channel.
In alsamixer I turned the option Duplicate Front on, now I have the stereo sound on fropnt and rear channels but not on Center / LFE channels.
How to turn sound on those channels on?
An alternative solution cwuld be if the software (xmms) supports the stereo --> 5.1 conversion. (I saw that with mplayer)
