When I install alsa-driver-1.0.0pre1 thorugh 1.0.0pre3 then xmms using OSS-emulation hangs at the end of the tracks. I have to skip to the next track manually. I have a Audigy2 which uses the emu10k driver.
When I switch back to alsa-driver-0.9.6 or 0.9.8 the problem disappears. Is it sufficient to upgrade only the kernel-driver? Do I have to upgrade other libraries too? Or is this a bug?
