that is what i thought first, too but
the waldorf has a third output "through" it doesn't route the signals simply
to midi-out

it's not a problem of the Q cause

Q -out--in-> MC 50
|               |
\--in------out--/

is working fine!
it's alsa or maybe my soundcard(s!) have a damage?
