So this means I have to get timidity++ or something like that for making wavs.
I am little embarrased that I didn't understand that by myself.

Rosegarden itself doesn't create audio. You need MIDI devices (synths) somewhere to create the audio. That audio can be recorded via your Jack connections to the recording device of your choice.
RG -> MIDI -> Synth -> Audio -> Jack ----> RG(audio) | --> qarecord(audio
etc...
