Hello Isn't that odd that we have to set "Exchange DACs" in order to have 4 real channels from AC3/A52 recordings? Couldn't ALSA do this by itself in surround40 module, and revert it to its previous state after. It's very annoying because if "Exchange DACs" is permanently on, normal stereo programs will play on the rear speakers. And if it's permanently off, surround40 doesn't works. Maybe a routing problem in the surround40 module?
