Hello,

I have a Maxisound Fortissimo running under Debian Woody :

# dpkg -l "*alsa*" | grep ii
ii alsa-base 0.9+0beta12-3 ALSA driver common files
ii alsa-modules-2 0.9+0beta12+3+ Advanced Linux Sound Architecture
(drivers)
ii alsa-source 0.9+0beta12-3 ALSA driver source
ii alsa-utils 0.9.0beta12-1 Advanced Linux Sound Architecture (utils)
ii alsa-xmms 0.9.12-0sherpy ALSA 0.9 output plugin for XMMS

When I listen to some mp3 with xmms, I have no problems. But when I
double-click on some other mp3 in xmms playlist, after some tests, xmms
becomes "frozen" and the sound is repeating the same "one second" of sound
there was just before I double clicked on the next mp3.

All these makes me think about a buffer becomming full.

In order to stop the sound from repeating itself, I have to kill xmms's
process and wait for 10 seconds before the sound stops.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Thanks in advance.
