Is there a sound loader for the wavetable on this card? I have a Trident 4DWave-DX sound card and I'm trying to play midi with it.
pmidi -p 65:0 file.midi pauses as if it was playing, but nothing comes out of the sound card. I've even checked the volume controls, but I didn't really expect anything until I loaded some sound samples, but I can't seem to find a program to do this. I see the file, trident_synth.c has some functions like snd_trident_simple_put_sample that would make me think a loader would be needed.
