I have Yamaha CS1X which has "to host" interface that output midi to a serial port. I'm not sure if this is supported by alsa-drivers at all but here is what I get:

I read all I could find, alsa-project, google etc. but I have no idea where the problem is.
Also, what is the difference between snd-serialmidi and snd-serial-u16550 ?
Is my system supported at all?
