Now that alsa is included in the 2.6.x kernel, how about updates?
Last months, there has been quite some activity with new releases following each other briskly. How will this happen for the new kernel? Will there be kernel patches coming out with every new alsa release? Who will make them available, alsa or the kernel group?
You should examine the kernel changelogs. The 2.6 kernels are updated continously from the ALSA CVS by Jaroslav.
