Hi everybody, i have an Athlon XP box ,XFX KT400 board with via8235 sound card on board. I have configured alsa 0.9 with kernel 2.6.0-test2, and everything worked great, except for one thing. I can hear sound on the rear channels. I compiled the xmms-alsa plugin, to support 4 channels audio output, but nothing happens. I don't know if there is a statement at the config file (asoundrc or /etc/asound.state) that enables the rear channels.
