Hi, Sorry, but i have a serious error with my sound card. It's a "Multimedia audio controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8233/A/8235 AC97 Audio Controller (rev 50)"
I had tested this sound card with Linux Kernel 2.6.0-test2, and it worked. Now, i would like to use with a kernel 2.4, but it does not work. Although, i compiled the alsa-driver, and read the documentation on alsa-project about my sound card ( via82xx ) When i start alsa, it tell me than it does not find my sound card. Do you have an idea ? Thanks Stephane
