An Analog Devices AD18xx/19xx AC'97 codec. The driver to use depends on the type of southbridge it's connected to.
lspci doesn't reveal much:
00:1f.5 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24d5 (rev 02)
It's an ICH5. lspci doesn't yet know about it, but snd-intel8x0 does.
