Hi, I'm running RH 9 2.4.20-19.9, but since the update can also boot into the older 2.4.20-8 And I have the sound cards 82801BA AC'97 Audio(Which I don't want to use) and CS 4614/22/24.
When I try to install Alsa, using the install instructions from the site, I get:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] alsa-driver-0.9.6]# ./conifgure --with-cards=cs46xx --with-sequencer=yes;make;make install
bash: ./conifgure: No such file or directory
make all-deps
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/alsa/alsa-driver-0.9.6'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `all-deps'.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/alsa/alsa-driver-0.9.6'

Please, run the configure script as first...

rm -f /snd*.o /persist.o /isapnp.o
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/alsa/alsa-driver-0.9.6/support'
Makefile:9: ../Makefile.conf: No such file or directory
Makefile:27: /Rules.make: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/Rules.make'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/alsa/alsa-driver-0.9.6/support'
make: *** [install-modules] Error 1

Thanks for any suggestions!
-Andy
