Try this :
- insert your favorite audio CD in the tray
- With Mandrake and konqueror open this URL
audiocd:/
(or open it with mandrake's star in the left bar).
This gives a set of a virtual file system. You can however use them.
- Open a directory for storage with konqueror (another window)
- Drag and drop the files, either cda or ogg or wav
