This works for me, for return to castle wolfenstein:

echo wolf 0 0 disable > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0c/oss
echo wolf.x86 0 0 disable > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0c/oss

I can then use teamspeak and rtcw at the same time. It works really well 
too.
