Somehow I can't get the dmix + plug to work with my Audiophile 2496 (ice1712). When I try to play something, all that comes out of my speakers is noise (like the noise you get when you try to play a 24-bit wav file on a 16-bit soundcard).
I have no problem using dmix + plug with my SB Live using the same configuration. Also, I can use the plug plugin alone without any problems, but not together with dmix. Any ideas?
