Hi Toby, I do not know what release of ALSA packages you have installed. I have a Terratec EWX24/96 that uses the same ice1712 driver. On my setup with ALSA 0.9.1 I can unlock the sampling rate and changing it with alsamixer and with envy24control. All is fine up to 96000 Hz. So I think that you can try to upgrade to the current ALSA release to solve the problem. Yours sincerely, Stefano
