hi everyone,
I have a Asus P4G8X mobo, which includes a Realtek ALC650. Alsa (latest)
works fine on it, except for one major annoyance. I seem to have only
one pcm device. Or at least that's how I understand it from what I've
read on the subject. Basically I can play only one stream at a time.
I'm using snd-intel8x0 as that was the most referenced driver on the
mailing list in regards to alc650. Seems like no-one had that problem
before, so I'll just add some diagnostics info here and hope someone can
point me in the right direction. TIA
note: this is NOT about spdif out, which has been covered extensively.
