Firia:/dev# fuser /dev/dsp
Firia:/dev# fuser /dev/dsp0
Firia:/dev# fuser /dev/adsp
Firia:/dev# fuser /dev/adsp0
Firia:/dev# lsof | grep dsp
Firia:/dev#

Note that I am loading the modules manually then immediately starting either 
MPlayer or XMMS.
Normally if another application is using the device, these programs complain 
that they cannot open /dev/dsp or whatever.
