You have to connect the MIDI ports of the QY100 to the MIDI ports of your sound card. The XFire has the MIDI signals routed to the gameport, so you need a gameport <-> MIDI converter. Either build it yourself (see <http://www.borg.com/~jglatt/hardware/pc_intfc.htm>), or buy one (ca. 20 Euros). Terratec sells the "MIDI Kit Master", but other converters work as well.
