oh, this is because of my last changes..

since the newer autoheader doesn't like acconfig.h and warns if it
exists, i removed the file from cvs tree.
but it seems that the old autoheader cannot parse VERSION symbol
without acconfig.h...  the cursed auto-tools!!

ok, i'll get acconfig.h back, so that the old autoheader.
