i tried to contact creamware a few months ago, cause i already have a
creamware soundcard (luna II) and wanted to know if they plan to
release the specs for this card, but no response till today :(.
maybe you have better luck...
there were roumors that they will develop a driver for linux for their
pulsar series but it seems never been finished or at least not
released.
sadly reverse engineering seems to be impossible. look at this thread:

the specs for the adi-sharc-dsps are available at adi's website but
it seems not much of use if the interface to it is not known.
if someone get the specs i will be glad to help debugging and testing.
