I noticed that request a lot of people has this problem with this quake3 thing. It seems that the mmap protocol is not supported by the OSS emulation of the Alsa drivers. Am I wrong ? And, is there any workaround for this ? It would be a shame to drop all the users that use Quake under Linux, don't you think ? 8-) Regards -- Emmanuel Having your own personal custom language dialect might be tempting but it is normally something only the lisp community do. -- Alan Cox ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: OSDN - Tired of that same old cell phone?
