/dev/js0 is an obsolete device file. the newer one is located at /dev/input/js0. you'll see it when the module is properly loaded. on devfs, you'll need to change something for devfs config file, but i have no many clue about that. oh, one thing i forgot to mention. you have to connect your joystick device at the time analog module is loaded. as i wrote in my previous mail, analog module probes the device at the initialization phase, so the physical device must be there.
