Dear all, another problem......... As i have said before , with this new mother board with ALS650 chip and alsa 0.9 rec2, logged on as root, xmms seems to play mp3s and wav etc, but no sound comes out of the speaker, but logged in next as a normal user without reboot inbetween, trying to play a file in xmms gives an error dialog box:
