[Alsa-user] RME DIGI96/PRO ADAT howto?

Hello,   Have been trying to get a DIGI96/PRO card to work for some time now. The problem is that I need to use the ADAT output, since I have a Analog Extension Board connected to it. What I want is to be able to play multiple mp3 files. Since this card+board gives me 8 seperate channels, I guessed I could play 4 stereo files at the time. But so far I havent managed to get output on anything else but the standard output. I have tried several versions of alsa, and the 0.5.12 seems to get close to what I want todo seeing it gives me multiple pcm's/cards. Just sadly enough I get segv's when sending data to it, and then leaving the modules in a locked up state.   In the hope there is someone else out there doing the same ( or simular) thing as I wish I could.     Regards,   Jean-Paul van de Plasse
