-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I've compiled all of the alsa-*-0.9.0beta12 drivers, and they compiled fine with the exception of a block of code that had to be commented out in ./alsa-kernel/pci/intel8x0.c (lines 1448-1457)
Now when I load the modules and unmute all the channels with alsamixer I don't get any sound. lsmod shows the following modules loaded: snd-intel8x0 snd-pcm snd-timer snd-ac97-codec snd soundcore Does anyone have any ideas? beta11 experienced the same problems but without having to comment out the code. - -- Kevan Shea "Industrious people create industry.
