dont know if there is 'software-amplification' on line out, but i guess
there is only a kind of reduction in volume if level is not 100%.
igain and line-out on 100% should be a good-choice theoretically, but we
recognized often bad results with low-end-cards and igain on 100%, dont
know really why, but on production, means live recording and streaming
sounds etc., i use to have it on 50% or lower.
