I'm pretty new to this project and unfortuanly, I still can't seem to get sound to come from my pc.Basicly I'm using a laptop with a Soundmax2 chip installed. Since the laptop is AMD based, it uses the VIA driver. My problem is that i can't seem to get any of the modules to load and what not. I have followed the steps for configuration off the ALSA site and still nothing. So my question is : Does anyone happen to have experiance installing the via drivers with a AD card, and if so could I get some help because, sound is the only thing not working
