Wondering if anyone knows of an alsa-supported PCI soundcard that has a wavetable header, for a MIDI waveblaster-like card. I have an Aureal vortex2 currently, which has a wavetable header, but hte OSS drivers are, uhm.. lacking. And there's no alsa support. It seems that the best support in oss and alsa is with Yamaha or C-media chips. Anyone have or know of a card based onthose chips that has a wavetable header? Also, does anyone know if the TB Santa Cruz wavetable header is supported in the alsa or oss drivers?
