hi i have a via686 ac97 sound chip and the alsa drivers work fine but when i try to output through libao's alsa09 driver it fails with the error
snd_pcm_hw_params_set_period_size error: Invalid argument i think that this may be a problem with the alsa driver not supporting this argument on the via686 not a problem with libao. any help would be much appericated thanks. paul __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
