Hi, I've spent most of today (and night ;-) looking for information regarding surround sound support for the SB Live! card using Alsa, however, I have not found any answers. My (quite simple) question is:
- Is surround sound supported in Alsa, and if so, how do I enable/use it? Currently, it seems the rear speakers are mirroring the front, and the center channel doesn't seem to be working at all. Btw, if any FAQ-maintainer is on this list, please add this question (and any reply) to the FAQ :-).
