Hi all.
I've been trying the alsa-drivers for my Terratec EWX 24/96
(Envy24/ICE1712).
With the development version I can load all the modules and see a lot of
sensible info in the /proc/asound/ dir
But when I try to use 'aplay' or any other sound-program my computer
freezes and I
have to reset.
With the stable release I only seem to have support for the MIDI chipset.
I cannot
get analog playback to work.
Am I doing something wrong??
Please help me out, I'm now back to my ENS1371 card, which works perfectly
with alsa
but which is no comparison to the terratec card.

P.S. Tried alsa version beta9 and beta10 and stable version 0.5.10/12
on a i386 linux 2.4.14/16
