I have to say that the compilation showed some problems too: cp modules/*.o /lib/modules/2.2.16/misc /sbin/depmod -a /lib/modules/2.2.16/misc/snd-rawmidi.o: unresolved symbol(s) If it helps: [root@quasimodo alsa-driver-0.9.0beta8a]# depmod -ae /lib/modules/2.2.16/misc/snd-rawmidi.o: unresolved symbol(s) snd_seq_device_new So may be there is a bug there with alsa ? Thanks for your attention and help, Linium PS: I had problems too at the making of dependency stage. but the compilation was able to continue the next time: rtctimer.c:39: linux/rtc.h: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type make[2]: *** [.depend] Error 1 (in english no file or dir of this kind) _______________________________________________ Alsa-user mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/alsa-user
