Hi. Using alsa 0.9.0 beta 7.
I can't record using regular tools. I'm forced to use arecord, which isn't fun. What I'm having problems with is enabling record for Master or PCM... when I try to enable it in alsamixer nothing happens. I press Space when having the Master, PCM or Wave channel selected, and nothing happens. Over the Wave channel there is a grey line (or 6 grey dashes, rather). I've tried using gmix or such, and it shows Rec. is enabled for master... but programs like gnoise or grecord won't record any sound.
