Hi...
I have problems installing my quillemot isis
soundcard.
I am using Linux 2.4.13 kernel under debian
potato
I have installed alsa-source-0.5 drivers and
alsaconf found on the debian ftp.
The card is detected but when I try to use xmms for
example I have the following error message :
** WARNING : can't open oss device : /dev/dsp
: Not permited operation
I have checked : the user is allowed to access to
this device in /dev.
I have also the following message in dmesg :
** snd: snd_es1968_playback_open!
** snd: snd_es1968_playback_close!
