when numbers are -ve and we shift to >>, last nos. are replaced with 1's or 0's ? ex: in your case -16 = 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 0000 and after >>4 it will be like 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 OR 0000 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 ?
