Pyrite is a fixed asset, so this doesn't work
Also, you have an untracked switch (contribution) that players can change at
any time, and in order for someone to successfully act under the contract e
must list *everyone's* contribution switch (presumably correctly). That
seems failure prone. A quick fix would be to make contribution flippable by
announcement so there's at least a public record of any changes.
