Create a rule of power 0.1 titled "The Refrigerator" with no text
Create a rule of power 1 titled "The Magnets" with the following text:
A magnet is any text consisting of a single word or a single
punctuation mark.
If a rule titled "The Refrigerator" (synonym for such rule: "the
Fridge") exists then any player CAN:
* twice per week (once per week for a magnet that is a single
word, and once per week for a magnet that is a single punctuation
mark), perform one of the following actions by announcement:
- add a single specified magnet to the Fridge; if the
intended position is not specified, the magnet is appended
to the end of any existing text
- delete a single specified magnet from the Fridge; if the
specified magnet occurs more than once, the action fails
unless the announcement also unambiguously specifies which
instance to delete
- move a single specified magnet on the Fridge to a specified
position; if the specified magnet occurs more than once, the
action fails unless the announcement also unambiguously
specifies which instance to move
* Clean the Fridge without 2 objections, which deletes all text
from the Fridge
Actions under this rule CANNOT affect the text of any rule other
than the Fridge
