Oh, I'm just now re-reading the boilerplate, and the last sentence isn't
true. FOR and AGAINST are the only valid *options*, but PRESENT and
conditional votes are valid *votes*. These are distinct concepts in the
rules.
I wasn't aware of that distinction, thanks for pointing it out.
