You are comparing the wrong timestamps – the first timestamp is from
the planting on 1 Nov, not the planting on 8 Nov which you were trying
to harvest.
The 8 Nov planting was at
Sat, 08 Nov 2025 12:13:52 -0300
which is not quite 7 days before your attempt to harvest.
