I have contacted David Nicon [sic] and I'm awating confirmation.
Update: I contacted the wrong David Nicol. Apparently, there are several
David Nicols in the academic contest, and one of them was collating a
list about 20 years ago.
Pretty sure [email protected] (from eir most recent post to the
Fantasy Rules Committee list) is the same person
