Amend rule 2710 (Genetic Modification) by appending the following paragraph
at the end:
In a timely fashion after the end of each Crop Season, if that season has at
least one in-season Crop, then the Land Managor CAN once and SHALL apply an
invisible hand slap by announcement, with such announcement specifying: 1)
the randomly selected in-season (for that season) Crop; 2) the randomly
selected attribute (either Seed Cost or Sell Price); and 3) the new randomly
selected value for that attribute, chosen from the same range for that
attribute that would apply for a newly created crop as specified above. Upon
such announcement, the selected Crop's selected attribute becomes the
selected value.
