Three things going on here...
1) players can be active or inactive. The difference is mainly that inactive
players can be deregistered after 60 days (without 3 objections) -- see
R2646. (There are a couple other things in the rules restricted to active
players as well.)
2) even if lily gets deregistered, eir stamps go to the lost and found
department. They don't disappear
3) you own two of eir stamps anyway, so by definition they aren't rare
regardless of what happens to lily's holdings.
