This was ineffective, as Mischief deputised for Prime Minister (a few
seconds past the cutoff for doing so) to make this appointment, thus
installing em as Prime Minister. If you want the office back, you can:
* with 2 support, initiate a new election (per Rule 2651 (a), as it's
currently interim)
* wait for Mischief to be late on a duty, then deputise to perform it
