Good call. I'm only under a SHOULD to respond, so I'm going to hold off for the moment to keep the CoE alive until the CFJ gets resolved. (I could cite the CFJ as a formal response, but it isn't clear to me whether or not rule 2201 would restart the one-week self-ratification clock if I do.)
